d
the Hispanic/ Latino Health Resource Guide in 2005 and the revisions in
2006. The resource guide was developed through the efforts of members of the

services. The coalition was formed in January 2005 to identify and address
the health needs of Hispanics/Latinos who are here year round as well as the
seasonal farm workers in Defiance, Fulton, Henry, and Williams counties.
Funding for this project was provided by the Preventive Health and Health
Services Block Grant from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
(CDC) and administered by the Ohio Department of Health, Bureau of Health
Promotion and Risk Reduction, Cardiovascular Health Program. Its contents
are solely the responsibility of the authors and do not necessarily
represent the official views of CDC. The complete bilingual Hispanic/Latino
