H1N1 Shot Schedule

Defiance County Health Department anticipates that shipments of H1N1 vaccine will be received on a continual basis.

Children 9 years and under - H1N1 dose 1 & 2 must be administered at least 28 days apart.

Vaccine is being offered to the general public.

(No appointment required and vaccine is free)

Mondays: 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Wednesdays: 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Fridays: 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

Feel free to print and complete the Administration Record Form prior to clinic.
